CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to an influx of cancellations/no shows lately I’d like to throw out a quick reminder.

This is my career, my livelihood. This is what helps provide for my family. A single no-show could have been multiple small appointments to other clients, a weekend activity with my family, new winter gear for my son. It’s not just an empty appointment, it’s a knock to my income and respected time.
