A Gentle Reminder from Cedar & Sea

Every appointment on our calendar is time intentionally set aside for you.

As independent practitioners, we dedicate that time exclusively to your care. When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or missed without notice, it's often time that cannot be filled... and for many of us, that means lost income and another client missing the opportunity to receive care.

We completely understand that life happens. Illness, emergencies, and unexpected circumstances are part of being human. If you do need to cancel or reschedule, we simply ask that you let your practitioner know as soon as you're able.

Your consideration and communication help us continue doing what we love while supporting our community with thoughtful, uninterrupted care.

🎬 A quick heads up for our Cedar & Sea community!

Cedar & Sea Wellness Collective will be closed on July 30th & 31st while We Were Liars films here in Chester.

You may also notice some activity on our street over the coming days as the production team begins setting up. Parking may be a little trickier than usual, so if you have an appointment leading up to the filming dates, we recommend allowing yourself a few extra minutes to find parking and make your way to the studio.

It's been a little quiet over here lately... and that wasn't by accident. 🤍

Sometimes the quietest seasons are the ones where the most growth happens.

Over the last little while, each of us has been busy in our own way... not just caring for clients, but taking a step back to reflect on how we can better serve this wonderful community.

For Jasmine, that has meant making some difficult, but exciting decisions. As RAPID NeuroFascial Reset has become the heart of her practice, she's been navigating how to continue supporting her long-time massage clients while creating space for the growing demand. Beginning in September, she'll be dedicating Thursdays to Massage Therapy, with a focus on targeted 45-minute treatments, while the rest of her week centers around RAPID and nervous system-focused care.

For Kristina, it's been a season of transition. She has officially wrapped up her practice in Lunenburg and is now focusing her care here in Chester. Alongside that change, she's thoughtfully refined her acupuncture treatments to better reflect her style, her skills, and the way she loves to care for people, creating space for both returning and new clients.

Sarah has been embracing a busy summer, welcoming many of Jasmine's massage clients while continuing to grow her own practice. She's also introduced some exciting new skin renewal treatments, including Nano Infusion and Microneedling, offering beautiful options for those looking to refresh their skin while still making room for the massage clients she loves caring for. She's happily accepting new clients.

Becky has had one of those summers where the days seem to disappear. Between facials, manicures, pedicures, skin treatments, and dermaplaning, she's been helping so many people feel refreshed and cared for. While these services are often seen as beauty treatments, they can also play an important role in regular self-care and ongoing maintenance, including diabetic foot care for those who need it.

And of course, Madison has been doing what she does best, keeping both familiar faces and newcomers feeling like themselves again, one appointment at a time.

As for Cedar & Sea... we're simply grateful.

Grateful for every person who walks through our doors. Grateful that this little space continues to grow in ways we never imagined. Grateful that so many of you trust not just one practitioner, but the collective as a whole.
