I don’t think I say this enough, but I’m really thankful for the little community we’ve built at Diversion.

Owning a salon has been such a huge part of my life, and sometimes I forget to stop and actually appreciate what it’s become.

To our clients, some of you have been with us since the beginning, some of you are brand new, and some of you disappear for six months and come back like no time has passed 😂

You trust us with your hair, tell us about your lives, send us your friends, support our new stylists and keep coming back. You’re the reason this whole thing exists, and I’ll never take that for granted.

And to my girls at Diversion. ❤️

I get to work alongside some pretty incredible women. I see how hard you work, how much you care about your clients, how you support each other and how much of yourselves you put into what you do.

There are long days, stressful days, lots of laughs and plenty of moments that remind me why I love this industry so much.

I’m proud of the stylists you’re becoming, the women you are and the little team we’ve built together.

I know I don’t always stop and say it, but I appreciate you more than you know.

So this Thanksgiving, I’m just feeling really grateful. For the clients who continue to choose us, the girls who show up every day and the fact that after all these years, I still get to do something I love with people I genuinely care about.

That’s pretty damn cool.
