I offer Myofascial Assessment and treatment as well as Instrument Assisted Massage Therapy, Core Rehabilitation and Fascial Movement Taping. I also accept and process extended health claims (excluding WCB and ICBC).

2020 September to December schedule is now up!
I'd just like everyone to know that due to possible changes to school schedules, appointments could change or be cancelled altogether. It will depend on what the school system decides to do in regards to COVID 19.

First things first, Iv’e attached my safety plan for reopening my Massage Therapy practice, I will be calling all of my cancelled appointments from back in March, and only then will I open up online and general booking. So if I cancelled you in March, be on the lookout for my text or call :) The online and general booking status will most likely be posted on FB and Instagram as well as sent in a brief email like this one. As I’ve already mentioned, my safety plan is attached to this email. This is a mandatory document and you are required to go over it, I know it is long and very detailed but it does have information that you need to know before arriving to your next appointment. It will be quite different so please be patient with me as these changes are also quite an adjustment for me as well.
A few things in the plan I’d like to highlight here are:
bring your own, clean face mask
wait in your vehicle for me to let you in
if you like, you can check in with the QR code ( I will put them in the windows and on the door) this will notify me that you have arrived, however, I will be checking for you at your appointment time as well.
Treatment room will be disinfected after EVERY appointment.
