• ACHILLES RUPTURE 5 MONTHS IN •
Been grinding quietly but yesterday was a big milestone for me as physiotherapist said I could start hitting the heavy bag again! Definitely feeling the lbs that was gained as it’s been tough, really felt unmotivated most of the times to move the body other than the recovery exercises but happy with the progress the Achilles is making. I’ve missed this in a way that’s hard to put into words. Just grateful to be back 🙏🏽

Got to see our team showcase the hard work they’ve been putting in this weekend at the provincial tournament. Each of our athletes displayed great boxing but now it’s back to gym to but now it’s back to the gym to sharpen our skills, keep building, and onto the next

It’s been a year since we both said ‘I do’ and what a year it truly has been. We’ve been through so much in this first year of marriage and there is no one else I’d rather go through this rollercoaster we call life with. I know the last week has been extremely hard for us but as long as you’re by my side I know we can get through anything . So here’s to many more laughs, spontaneous dates, travels and whatever else life throws at us. 🥂🖤
