Golf, hiking, gardening, road trips, pickleball, and long days outdoors can all put extra stress on your body.
If you’re noticing stiffness, soreness, or aches after your favorite summer activities, don’t ignore the signs.
1. Start slower than you think you need to
Just because you can do a 10km hike or bike ride doesn’t mean your body is ready for it
2. Warm up before activities
A few minutes of movement can make a big difference.
3. Listen to small aches before they become bigger problems
Discomfort is easier to address early.
4. Prioritize recovery
Sleep, hydration, stretching, and rest days matter too.
5. Keep moving consistently
Your body loves regular movement more than occasional intense workouts.
A little mindfulness goes a long way when it comes to staying active and feeling your best.

Longer days and warmer weather are finally here… but so are your allergies.
For many people spring brings on headaches, sinus pressure, neck tension, fatigue and that constant foggy feeling. While allergies themselves can’t be adjusted away by your chiropractor, the stress and tension it places on the body can often contribute to stress and discomfort ( especially through the neck, jaw, shoulders and upper back.)
Book through the link in bio so you are ready to take on spring and all that comes with it!
