That’s a wrap! Surgery on Monday, and hopefully just 8 weeks off massaging.

I wanted to give you the heads up that I’ll be having shoulder surgery on 19th January 2026.

I’m not sure how long recovery will take just yet, but it will be at least 8 weeks (possibly up to 3 months) before I can return to massage.

I’ll be taking appointments 6th-18th January, and my January schedule will be out by the end of this week. I’ll start accepting bookings again from 8 weeks post-surgery, but please know these may need to be adjusted depending on how I’m healing.

If you need support while I’m recovering, I’m more than happy to recommend other wonderful therapists to look after you.

Unfortunately due to a family emergency in the uk I will be closed until 4th October. For those that have appointments I will contact you shortly to cancel and rebook. If u cannot wait until I am back, please let me know and I can recommend a good rmt.
