It’s funny how stepping out of a hot sauna can make a 30°C day feel cool. 😂☀️🔥❄️

These boys spent the afternoon laughing as they raced from the sauna, jumped into the cold plunge, and ran right back to the heat…over and over again.

In between rounds, they picked fresh peas from the garden, snacked on Saskatoons and wild raspberries, and even helped me w**d the garden.
