This one is one of our OG flavours, and for good reason! Lemon and yuzu paired with Tahitian vanilla beans makes the softest, most floral citrus flavour. Tahitian vanilla works so well with fruity fillings and gives this bonbon such a nice finish.

Using the TM7 for ganaches has genuinely become one of my favourite parts of production lately 🤍
