Not sure how to position your gua sha tool?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

There’s no right or wrong answer when it comes to using your tools, however if you want to see the biggest difference… this is how I reccomend placing your stone. 🥰

Starting on the side of your neck:

✨smooth curved side for sweeping down the neck
✨indented side for hugging the jawline
✨smooth curved side for gliding accross the mid face (lower + upper cheeks)
✨smaller end for above the eyebrows (I like to work in little circles above the brow)
✨stone flat to forehead for upwards strokes towards hairline
