• CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations may be made prior to service. Please cancel appointments 24 hrs prior to service to avoid no show fees, which are required to be paid before your next appointment.

• NO SHOW POLICY Failing to show up to an appointment puts us out the cost of the entire appointment; therefore, clients who no show will be charged 1/2 the price of their scheduled services which must be paid prior to a new appointment.

• LATE POLICY Clients who show up late may either have to modify their services to allow us to remain on schedule, or to reschedule for a later date.

• CHILDREN POLICY Our nail studio and spa area is equipped with chemicals, expensive equipment and small objects that are not appropriate for children to be around. Please make alternate arrangements for your children for all nail and spa appointments.
