1. Delivering lasting outcomes through skilled, thoughtful treatment
2. Practicing in a polished space that is intentionally designed for massage therapy
excellence

Effort & Ease is an RMT clinic with a performance and recovery focus. We work with active
bodies, professionals of all fields, complex neurological and orthopaedic conditions, and
high-performance athletes, including those competing at the international level. We
accelerate treatment outcomes for those doing the right things, but still feel stuck.

Our approach is grounded in neuroanatomy and biomechanics, with a clear emphasis on
clinical thinking, consent-led care, and a sensory experience that helps the nervous system
settle so treatment can land. You will treat in a space designed to support precision work
without rushing, supported by a team that handles the administrative heavy lifting so you
can stay focused on your patients.

This role is a strong fit if you:

This is probably not a fit if you:

• Prefer relaxation-only work without strategy and resolve
• Are not interested in continuing education or evolving your technique
• Prefer a repetitive, rushed treatment style

Interview Process

• Discovery call: a brief phone sync to discuss alignment and role expectations
(15-20min)
• Clinic Visit: an in-person tour, formal interview, and a 60-minute practical audition
(paid) with Stuart. (~2hrs)
• Clinic Visit Part II: 60-minute complimentary treatment with Stuart
• Final Decision: A Prompt follow-up and offer for the successful candidate. (Within
48 hours)

TORI KERNEGHAN IS IN THE HOUSE (starting april 3rd)

we are so excited to have this wonderful woman join our team at effort & ease. tori has over a decade of experience as an RMT and she positively exudes knowledge, expertise, and warmth.

tori’s areas of expertise include prenatal, injuries, headache treatments, swedish/deep tissue, and relaxation-oriented treatments. she also looks at your posture and biomechanics to help you move better. she advocates for an active lifestyle however possible and leads by example! tori has a background in gymnastics and track, and now lives an active and outdoorsy life.
