As I am sure you all know Simcoe Muskoka is being put back into the grey zone. Unfortunately this means I once again have to close the spa.

I will be canceling clients on a weekly basis and your name will be placed on a list to be rebooked as soon as possible. Clients will be rebooked in the order in which they have been cancelled.

I appreciate everyones understanding during these difficult times and I look forward to reconnecting when we can.

Due to the ongoing Covid 19 Pandemic we are closed and will remain closed until further notice.

All appointments up until January 23rd have been cancelled and I will be in touch to re-book everyone once we get the green light to re-open.

After taking an unexpected amount of time off due to Covid-19 and having our second daughter I am excited to announce that I am finally reopening the spa as of October 18th. For the time being my hours will be as follows:

Sunday to Wednesday
11am - 4pm

These hours will most likely change in November or December and as soon as I can I will be back full time.

Although these are uncertain times I will strive to keep this as "normal" and relaxing as I possibly can.

I can not thank you enough for your patience and I am looking forward to seeing each and everyone of you.

Relax. Refresh. Re-imagine. Esthetics by Carly is closed for the time being.  I recently welcomed another beautiful baby girl and am on maternity leave until October.   

Dear Valued Clients

I have had to make the difficult decision to keep the spa closed until October. With Holly's daycare remaining closed until the fall and having the new baby I need to dedicate this time to my family.

I have been working hard at trying to find another esthetician to cover me while I am on maternity but unfortunately I have not received any resumes or leads for suitable candidates. I am concerned with maintaining the high quality of services that I aspire to provide.

I am very sorry this couldn't have worked out differently. I trust that you will understand that my intentions were good in trying to maintain my business while on maternity but the consequences of covid 19 have created challenges that I couldn't have anticipated. I look forward to reconnecting with you once I am able to return.

Esthetics By Carly will be closed and all appointments cancelled until further notice. I will be following the recommendations by the government as to when we are able to reopen. Appointments will be cancelled on a weekly basis with the hopes of being able to accommodate everyone sooner than later. If your appointment is cancelled you will receive a notification via email.

Due to the nature of this business we are in constant contact with the elderly and people with chronic illness. We would like to ask if you could please re-schedule or put off making any appointments for 2-3 weeks after returning from any travels. We apologize for any inconvenience but due to the serious effects this can have on people who are compromised we feel the need to be proactive and do everything possible to prevent the spread of this.
