A proud member of the Royal Canadian Dragoons, Trooper Rudd served with courage and dedication in Afghanistan. On May 24, 2010, at just 26 years old, he gave his life while serving our country during a patrol in Panjwayi District.

Larry was more than a soldier—he was a brother, a son, and a friend whose laughter, loyalty, and strength touched everyone around him. His memory continues to live on in the hearts of those who served beside him and those who carry his legacy forward here at home.
