Our first Comox lash social is in the books and wow. 🤍

Educating your clients on the importance of maintaining a clean lashes can take you from a good lash artist to a great one!
Clean lashes = better retention 🤍
1. Your first year will be full of growing pains. Most lash artists aren’t fully booked over night. Being fully booked isn’t luck. It’s consistency, systems and time.
2. Retention matters more than speed. Fast sets mean nothing if your lashes don’t last.
3. Not every client is your client. Some people will never be happy no matter how good your work is.
4. Your consultations matter more than your lash map. Understanding the client’s lifestyle, eye shape, and natural lashes will make or break the set.
5. If you’re constantly discounting your work, clients will never learn to value it.
6. Model sets should always be free. Someone is volunteering their time to lay for several hours while you practice a new technique. Results are not guaranteed.
7. Continuing education is a non-negotiable. The industry is always evolving. If you don’t want to be left behind, education needs to be apart of your yearly budget.
