Thank you to Cumberland Park Society for the wonderful venue and OMG Macarons for the amazing treats!

Spending time together outside of work is always special, and having our families join makes it even better. We missed everyone who couldn’t attend.

Melanie offers Indian Head Massage treatments as either 60 or 90 min RMT appointments.

Indian head massage can relieve headaches, reduce stress and anxiety, improve circulation, and relaxation. The upper back, shoulders, neck, face and scalp are massaged, incorporating oils and warm towels.

Sarah is out of office (clinic), but can be found working the BC Bike race for another few days!

Feeling grateful today for such a beautiful view. How lucky are we to live somewhere so incredible.

Practising gratitude every day is just one way I take care of myself and incorporate wellness into my life. Having a positive outlook and finding the silver lining can change my whole attitude and help me feel better inside and out.

Of course, having a massage, acupuncture or chiropractic appointment certainly helps too!
