NL Health Services is introducing a new electronic system (EPIC/CorCare), and most lab requisitions will now be paperless.

* You may not automatically receive a printed lab requisition
* Without a printed copy, I CANNOT complete your bloodwork

Please note:

Your provider can still provide a printed requisition—be sure to ask for one when your lab work is ordered.

Doctors CANNOT send directly to private clinics!

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to let me know and I will do my best to answer them for you.
