Just a reminder if you are an evening client of mine to pre book your appointments, I am pretty well fully booked for evenings 1-2 weeks in advance and when hubby is away there is no way for me to make extra time for last minute appointments!

To avoid any disappointment please make sure you reach out to book your next fill if you already haven’t 🫶🏻

A message to all my amazing clients, I had 3 no shows/last minute cancellations out of 7 pre booked appointments today 😭

I just wanted to take this time to remind everyone how valuable my time is, being booked weeks in advance means it is extremely stressful for me to try and squeeze you into another space when you miss your pre booked appointment and it’s unfair to me when I reserve time just for you!

While I understand life and emergencies happen and I always try to be accommodating I wanted to remind everyone of my cancellation policy that was provided to you upon your first booking with me!

- Anything less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation, along with no shows, requires full payment to still be made for the missed appointment in order to rebook.

I hate having to enforce stuff like this, it isn’t the fun part of my job, so I hope you all understand 🫶🏻🫶🏻
