Celebrating 10 years as an RMT today! I just want to say a big thank you to all the clients who have stuck with me over the years, especially through clinic location changes, a broken wrist, a baby and now Covid-19. It hasn’t been the easiest but I would have never made it to where I am today without all the support! ❤️

Just a few reminders now that we are back in an active Covid-19 outbreak:

Please reschedule your appointment if you have ANY flu-like symptoms, are isolating for any reason, are waiting to be covid tested or waiting for test results, have been in contact with a positive case or have tested positive yourself.

Please text/call when you are in the parking lot and I will let you know when it’s ok to come in.

Please wear your mask at all times.

The "Prayer Position". An amazing exercise for relieving pain from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Technique;
Start with your palms together in front of your chest, just below your chin,
Slowly lower your hands towards your waistline (move in the direction of the arrow),
Keep your hands close to your stomach and your palms together, until you feel a mild to moderate stretch under your forearms.

How Often?
Hold for at least 30-50 seconds and repeat 2 to 4 times, twice daily.
