Great news!! We are reopening for business on June 2nd.

I am in the process of contacting all my clients in order of how they were booked prior to closing back in mid March. I will also be sending each of you the new health and safety protocols that have been recommended by Worksafe BC.

I am looking forward to seeing you all very soon.

DEAR CLIENTS!

As most of you heard, personal service establishments are going to be in phase 2 of the reopening plan. The BC Premier has announced a general timeline of mid to end of May for reopening businesses. At this time, I do not have an exact reopening date so please be patient as I am still waiting to receive the new protocols and safety details from Work Safe BC. My hope is to be able to reopen early June, however, I will have a clear understanding of things as more information continues to come out in the coming week. Once I do have an official reopening date, I will begin to contact clients to book appointments.

I just want to say thank you for all of the text messages you have sent me over the past several weeks. Your kind words and support have been very heartfelt and encouraging. I miss you all and I look forward to seeing you all again very soon.

I wanted to share a message from my heart...

Dear clients, I am really missing seeing all of your beautiful smiling faces, the hugs, the laughter and all the amazing and inspiring conversations that we have in my cozy little studio.

As you are aware, all non-essential services and businesses were mandated to close down on March 20th. I decided to close down a few days earlier as I felt it was the best thing to do for everyone's safety. Needless to say, I have gone through many emotions since closing down my business...feelings of fear, anxiety, sadness and wondering what will happen after all of this is over.

As most of you know, I consider myself to be spiritual in my beliefs. Although this is a very scary and uncertain time, I do believe that this global pandemic is happening for a greater purpose. Perhaps it is the Universe's way of giving us a forced pause, to rest and reflect, a reset from the insane busyness of life that was plaguing us all and robbing us of joy.

After the emotional coaster ride (which I allowed myself to feel and it wasn't pretty, lol), I decided to embrace this time by doing things that I have been wanting to do but never had the time to do before...I've been meditating every day, I've been doing more yoga than ever, I've been going on more nature walks, I signed up for some online classes, I am loving how my kids are helping more with the cooking and I love that we as a whole family are sitting down to enjoy every meal together, I've been spending more quality time with my kids and getting to know them a bit better, been reading those books I've been staring at for the longest time, connecting with friends and family on video chat or on the phone and having real long conversations, and really enjoying my morning coffee ritual.

Please know that I will contact each of you to reschedule your appointments once I hear that I am allowed to re-open for business. Please feel free to message me any questions or if you just want to drop me a line, I would love to hear from you.

Finally...I just wanted to say how grateful I am to all the healthcare and essential workers who are working endlessly and tirelessly to help get us all through this challenging time. I am grateful for all that I have in my life including my family, friends and of course my cute little dog. I am grateful that when I do re-open for business, that I will get to see all of your smiling faces again and I will welcome you all with open arms. Until then, may you and your families stay safe and stay healthy.
