A great day for rugby with LRC Div 1 & 3 men visiting the Axemen

Saturday was a day! …started off with Rugby! 🏉
9:15am - be at SFU to set-up and help tape, then fieldside for match vs SFU at 11:15
12:45pm - fieldside for Div 3 match vs SFU
…off to do some Hockey! 🏒🥅
3:15pm - benchside for RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna Female U18 Prep vs Delta Academy at Planet Ice Delta
7:30pm - Summit Centre in Abbotsford for treatments and taping with Burnaby Winter Club Boys U17 Prep
8:30pm - benchside for Burnaby Winter Club Boys U17 Prep vs OHA Edmonton (of course this game went to overtime 😅)
11:48pm - arrive back home for some much needed sleep 😴
8:00am Sunday…back in Abbotsford for 8:00am & 1:15pm puck drops (and of course the requisite treatments and tapings) 😮‍💨😊

Learning something new this week that I will be offering starting next week @catalystkg Coquitlam (Tuesday to Thursday) and Surrey (Mondays & Fridays)
