✨ Important Client Update ✨

I wanted to let everyone know that I have recently accepted a temporary on-call position with my job.

I will continue offering lash appointments with my weekly’s; however, my job position will take priority. Because this role is on-call, there may be times when appointments need to be rescheduled or adjusted on short notice if I am called into work. If this happens, it will be an early notice in the morning.

Because my work schedule is determined on short notice, there may also be days where I am not called into work. If that happens, I may reach out to see if you would like to move your appointment to an earlier date or time. This helps ensure you receive your appointment as close to your original booking as possible, despite the uncertainty of my schedule.

I understand that schedule changes can be inconvenient, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding as I balance both commitments. I will always do my best to provide as much notice as possible and rebook affected appointments promptly.
