Let's talk about No Shows! If you're a regular client of mine you know I'm down to earth and completely understandable. Ive actually probably never charged anyone a cancelation fee. But a no show, we'll, its just down right rude and unacceptable!! Its becoming more common with new clients.

No-shows are a major issue for spa owners because they cause immediate, direct financial losses, disrupt operational schedules, and severely impact staff morale
A no-show is not just a missed appointment; it represents a wasted,, non-recoverable time slot that could have been used for a paying client, essentially functioning as a "slap in the face" to professionals who rely on that income.

What really sucks is every client who has no showed has not even made an effort to pay the invoice which will result in people having to put a non refundable deposit down before appointment are accepted.

For someone who has no showed on someone and decided to not pay the invoice, DO Better!
