Neurotoxin treatment (Dysport®) 💉 isn’t just for the upper face! By relaxing the downward-pulling muscles of the lower face, Dysport can help reduce the appearance of jowls, improve jawline definition, soften fine lines and wrinkles, and create a subtle, natural-looking lift. Small adjustments can make a beautiful difference. ✨ Not everyone is a candidate and everyone requires different amounts of units.

This weekend was dedicated to refining my skills, growing my confidence, and most importantly, strengthening my commitment to patient safety. Kamania, my medical Director has been by my side since the day I opened my practice and has also become a great friend, support system, and the incredible wealth and knowledge this woman has is beyond comprehension.

This July marks 10 years since I completed my initial cosmetic injection training in Toronto. Although I invested significantly in that first course, I left feeling discouraged and not fully confident in safely treating patients. Knowing that wasn’t enough for me, I took the next step and privately trained one-on-one with a physician for fully hands-on education, including advanced training in treating higher-risk areas as safely as possible.

That experience taught me far more than injection technique — it taught me patient assessment, appropriate candidacy, limitations, and the importance of knowing when a procedure is not the right choice.

Since then, I have continued investing in my education, meeting with my medical director every 2–3 years, at my own expense, to ensure I am maintaining safe practices, refining my techniques, and staying current with evolving methods.

I am extremely cautious in this profession — maybe even a little overly cautious — but when it comes to patient care, I believe that matters. If I am not 100% confident in a procedure, I simply will not do it. Patient safety will always come first.

This weekend’s refresher gave me new knowledge, improved techniques, and additional tools that I’m excited to incorporate into my practice in the safest way possible ❤️

To all of my patients: thank you for your continued support and for trusting me with your care over the years. Many of you have become friends, and I truly look forward to your visits, our conversations, and getting to know each of you. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

And to this beautiful soul, Heather — a retired RN whom I’ve had the privilege of knowing over the past year and a half — your strength, perseverance, and resilience are inspiring. After all you’ve been through, you deserve to feel beautiful too 💕
