Bye Bye Baby Belly Fitness Program
Want to regain your strength, see your belly flatten, feel lighter, and feel more energetic after your pregnancy? Then our program IS FOR YOU!
As a mother, our focus is primarily about making sure everyones needs are met and often times our needs come last…Really when was the last time we got to take a shower first?
We have designed a program to work on the “Mommy Tummy", Ab Separation (Diastasis Recti), Pelvic Floor Problems (cough cough),weak core, back pains, and even our mental health!. It doesn't matter if your baby is 6 weeks or 36 years! This can help you!
More often than not, women live with the changes and pains in their bodies from pregnancy and child birth. We CAN help you regain your body, your mental health, and enhance YOUR quality of life by simply following our fitness program! NO ONE should have to live with aches, pains, or even embarrassing mishaps!
During the 4 weeks, you will be given a series of exercises along with easy to follow exercises showned to you in class or through video messaging, which will guide you every step of the way. All of which can be done in your home within 20-30mins/day. This program is designed to motivate you, to educate you, help you regain strength, improve your posture, give you energy, a stronger and flatter stomach and most importantly increase your self esteem.
A lot of women return to high impact and intensive workouts after they have their babies. This can actually reverse what you are trying to accomplish! A lot of women suffer from the aftermath of childbirth. To name a few physical ones, Hernia, Prolapse, and Diastasis Recti are all results of excessive intra-abdominal pressure. If your pelvic floor is weak, putting intra-abdominal pressure (like crunches, pilates and or ab work) can put too much pressure on the pelvic floor and inhibit healing or even lead to a chance of organ prolapse. It is very common that women experience a separation of the abdominal muscles, specifically the re**us abdominals (known as the six-pack muscles). Your care provider can check this for you when you return for your six week check up. (If it is severe enough, you may need to work with a physical therapist to help draw the muscles back together.) So, when easing back to an abdominal workout, be mindful not to overdo it. The exercises in our program are restorative, gentle, aid in the healing process, and will strengthen all while improving your toning and the overall function!
We as women receive a lot of pressure to have our bodies return to how they were before we had babies. We can also carry negative energy. (Negative energy could happen when your birth plan didn’t go according to plan; your body didn’t go back exactly to how it was before you got pregnant; you have been working out really hard and yet you have little results). We need to drop this negative energy! Our minds and bodies need to be strong and healthy! Stop pressuring yourselves!! There is no selfishness in taking care of yourself! Give yourself time to heal properly from the inside out!

Welcome to A Lil’Pole Fitness’s Feel Great in 8 Program! This program is designed to help you get to where you want to be. We all want to feel great in our own skin, and sometimes we need a little push to get there.
This program isn’t going to make you watch calories, work out endlessy, or starve yourself. It is designed to help teach you different techniques to watch how you eat, and how to help build your body up to a fitness level you are comfortable with.
This Program is an AT HOME WORKOUT PROGRAM. For 150$, We provide you with an exercise program to follow, nutrition guidance, one on one support, weekly weigh ins, and more!!
Remember, we are all in this together. We will be with you along the way, sharing our progress with you.
