Prepare to get waxed! What you need to know: 💛 Grow your hair out. It needs to be at least 1 cm long (about the length of a grain of white rice). Too long is always better than too short. 💙 Exfoliate a day or two before your appointment. 🤍 Hydrate inside and out. Drink water and moisturize your skin. 💚 Lay off anything stimulating to the nervous system, like caffeine. ☕ 💜 If you have a low pain threshold or are very sensitive consider applying a topical cream with LIDOCAINE about 20 minutes before your appointment. Your local pharmacy will carry this. ❤️ If you're very nervous start small with a lower leg or underarm wax.
