My passion for experimenting with different types of hair extension methods grew since the late 90’s as my hair was always very fine and would only grow to a certain length. Many methods used in the past were very harmful to the natural hair. Thanks to this new breakthrough method on the market today called NanoLink Extensions I can create incredible looks for people with all types of texture and colour. POLICIES


LATE ARRIVALS
LOVE N LOCKS will allow a client to be up to 5 min late for their appointment. $1 will be charged per minute after the 5 min grace period up to 15mins. After 15 mins, the appointment will be canceled and the client is subject to no-show fee. I understand life happens, if you are going to be late for any reason, please contact LOVE N LOCKS to let me know. By being courteous, charges may be waved. REMOVAL OF YOUR NANOLINK EXTENSIONS
If for any reason you would like your extensions removed they must be removed by a certified technician to keep the integrity of your natural hair. LOVE N LOCKS will not be liable in the event that they are removed by the client themselves. PAYMENT
Payment is due the day the service is completed. Payment methods will be discussed at the time of appointment. Late payments will result in fees being added to your balance. The late payment fee will be $20 per day past the appointment date. If paid a deposit, that deposit will be applied to your outstanding balance. REFUNDS
LOVE N LOCKS will not offer cash refunds. CANCELING & RESCHEDULING
Any changes to appointments with less than 24 hour notice will result in a 25% charge of the cost of the service. No show clients will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. Confirmation of appointment given is accurate. DEPOSITS FOR FULL INSTALLS
Deposits are mandatory for full/new installs. The deposit will be the cost of the hair being installed. This deposit is non-refundable. CLIENT SATISFACTION
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, LOVE N LOCKS would be happy to rectify the issue and determine a solution together. Any issues regarding your service must be reported within 10 business days of the original service date. This policy does not cover changes of color or style. LOVE N LOCKS will not be liable for services done outside our studio. WELLNESS
If you or anyone in your household are showing cold or flu symptoms you will need to contact LOVE N LOCKS right away and reschedule your appointment. Symptoms may include. runny nose
sore throat
fever
cough
upset stomach
severe fatigue
This also includes if you have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19. Rescheduling of appointments must be 14 days after you last showed symptoms. Fevers must be subsided with no use of over the counter aids (tylenol ect..) If you were in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 you must wait 14 days to reschedule appointment. Masks are optional, if you feel safer with the technician wearing a mask during your service please let LOVE N LOCKS know in advance.
