What foods are going to help you thrive?
Heal.
Allow the body time to rest from digesting.
Give yourself a break from major stressors once per day where you shut your mind off so the body can go into a rest state and take stock of healing processes that need to take place.
Simple.
Everyday. Eat for fuel. Move to build. Rest.

Look silly. Dance a little. Show up smelly after a workday, you're probably going to shower after anyways.
Movement doesnt require much of you other than your commitment to show up.
I find Im more than willing to workout, especially after work, if I dont feel like Im walking into a cortisol spike. My music is slower than you would expect for a workout and that keeps my body in more of a recover and unwind state. I can run like this for an hour or more and weights feel lighter when my body is calmer.
Bonus if you dont care how you look (perks of working out at home). I think Ive had the same workout attire rotation going on 4 years.
Once your movement is habit, youll crave it.
The dishes can wait.
Maybe this is like the vibration of water?
Ive never ended a workout and turned around to a perfect heart before!

Im not a doing Sunday check ins from an office.
Im right there with you, implementing my program for Radiant Health.
Im following my eating windows, maximizing natural light exposure, making sure I practice movement consistently throughout the day.
Im following a food list too and constantly readjusting my micro goals.

Nothing exists outside of you that doesnt exist within you.
Your body is more impressive than a cell phone but we utilize it so little.
You are a walking ball of electricity, capable of real time feedback, attracting and repelling that which does and does not match you.
The only thing standing in the way of you and clarity are all the programs you have running amok in your mind.
Focus on your intention. Trust your body. Achieve your goals.
There are so many sides to each of us.
Moods, interest, energies, goals. We are made up of so many parts.
We are entitled to change our minds and our bodies whenever we desire to be something different.
We have this amazing capacity to shift.
YOU are not any of the describing words a person could place on a person.
You are just simply you, being.
If you dont like the way you've manifested so far.
Change your mind.
Im not here for follows and views. I want you to get a feel of what you're capable of and walk this adventure with me.

...they get in the way of your movement.
If you dont look like an instagram model, who cares. Not important and not a good gauge of how your body should look and feel anyways.
But, if you are trying to reach your toes and your extra bits are putting pressure on your organs, its time to home in and ask your body how it was designed to look/feel for maximum operating potential. Yep, you can do that.
Every body has a weight range its the happiest at and movements that it will thrive in more than others.
This intention we call "lean strong body".

Theres no point focusing on things (foods) that dont work for you so by writing out a yes list, we allow the brain/body the space to put together meals that will nourish us completely.
If Ive planted beet seeds a million times and can't figure out why wildflowers arent popping up.. thats insanity.
But If Ive tried planting beet seeds, saw that beets came up when I wanted wildflowers and then went on to plant beets again hoping for wildflowers.. thats dumbassery. I wonderful term coined by a good friend of mine.
Dont be afraid to laugh at yourself.
Im guilty of my fair share of dumbassery.
But, facts are facts.
You will not aquire mobility without moving regularly and in a variety of ways. Without load, under load and at different speeds.
You will not attain the physique of someone that honors their body if you just cross your fingers hoping youll make it through the day and maybe youll start tomorrow.
Here's the thing. The moment you set your intention. You are.
You made not look it. You may not feel it quite yet.
But energy has shifted and you have begun building in the physical what you have decided in the energetic.
So choose. Vibrate at the frequency of that which you are. Be consistent. Allow your body the space to attract that which will accomplish your goals.

Any time you embark on a journey of change, there are going to be hard moments. Sometimes they are a little hard and sometimes they are gut wrenching, heavy, awful moments but we move through.
I find the thing to do in these moments is to find a place outside and breathe. I try and remember that even though the external is kicking my ass, the internal environment within my body is something I can honor. I get to choose how to handle my stress.
Something warm always helps to start the refocus process. Ive taken a real liking to hot cocoa with reishi and lions mane mushrooms.
So whether you are moving through a major life event or suffering an identity crisis because you cant digest your homemade baked goods, find a way to hold your focus and move through it in a way that leaves you feeling more resilient on the other side.
(Side note: Ive read that as you outgrow the ego it may throw a hissy fit, potentially causing a bit of chaos in your environment. Its important to observe it and move on.)
