Missed appointment & Cancellation policy

Your appointments are very important to us at Creative Souls Hair & Beauty, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustment are necessary; there for we respectfully request 24 hours notice of cancellation.

Due to the demand for appointments, all cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or NO SHOW appointments will be charged 50% of the service. If there is credit card on your file it will be charged, if not the no-show fee will have to be paid in person before you are able to book another service with our salon and spa.

Late Arrivals if you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment you may need to reschedule or your appointment time will be cut short.

Of course, we do appreciate that there are emergency situations which cannot be avoided, such situations will be considered on an individual basis.

So I mixed up this beautiful surface color :

And we are loving the result 😍 🔥

A balayage from this fall for my lovely client ✨

She was wanting to still stay on the darker side with some rich warm tones for fall

So we went in an extended her root and brightened up her ends, finished with a gloss and it’s gorgeous 😍

A color refresh for my beautiful client 💕

She was wanting to darken it a bit and add some richness, so we went in with a few lowlites and glossed everything in between ✨

And the results are so pretty✨😍

A gorgeous blonde refresh for my client 😍

She came in with a beautiful platinum blonde but wanted to add a little contrast, a little depth and a bit of warmth 💕

So we went in with surface 8n and 8g and smudged her root, added in a few lowlites and then we toned with 8wg and we are loving the results 😍✨
