I am sorry but we now need to make sure our salon and spa has a clear cancellation and no-show policy! We appreciate all of our loyal clients and I hope this creates smoother booking for everyone in the future!

Missed appointment & Cancellation policy

Your appointments are very important to us at Creative Souls Hair & Beauty, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustment are necessary; there for we respectfully request 24 hours notice of cancellation.

Due to the demand for appointments, all cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or NO SHOW appointments will be charged 50% of the service. If there is credit card on your file it will be charged, if not the no-show fee will have to be paid in person before you are able to book another service with our salon and spa.

Late Arrivals if you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment you may need to reschedule or your appointment time will be cut short.

Of course, we do appreciate that there are emergency situations which cannot be avoided, such situations will be considered on an individual basis.
