At You Are Your Feet, I’ll be sharing workshops, holistic treatments, and wellness retreats designed to help you build stronger, healthier feet—and a stronger, healthier body.

My focus is on practical, everyday solutions. No complicated programs. No hours of exercise.

Just short, targeted routines that can be easily woven into daily life to improve strength, balance, movement, and long-term wellbeing.

Because when your foundation is stronger, everything above it benefits too.

Change!…… The name of this page is due to change…… Change is the one constant in life, it’s the one thing we know is going to happen, so choosing to walk with it makes sense!! It’s foundational.

For a while now, I’ve been taking small, intentional steps toward something that feels deeply aligned with my passion for holistic healing, wellness, and helping others reconnect with their bodies from the feet up.

The pieces are coming together, the vision is growing, and I’m so excited to share more soon.

Working with Coach Steve, we will practice essential skills, such as: Slow race, smooth stops, swerving, offset cone weave, to name a few…. Come along to Banner on the strip 10am until noon…… LET’S HAVE SOME FUN!!
