As many of you know, Mackenzie has just left on maternity leave (yes again, but this is the last one we promise!)

So to join our wonderful team, meet Sophie!

Sophie is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is deeply passionate about helping every client feel truly cared for. She has been practicing for over 6 years and integrates many techniques during her treatments. She offers deep tissue massage to support recovery from injuries and chronic tension, Swedish relaxation massage, pre/post natal and cupping. Whatever brings clients in, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve long-lasting relief through a holistic and client-centered approach. For her, the most fulfilling part of her work is seeing clients leave not only pain-free, but with results that truly last.

Exciting changes are happening! ✨

We wanted to let all of our wonderful clients know that Nicole and Mackenzie will be relocating our massage therapy practice to a new space! With a new space, will come some much needed day time availability for Mackenzie, I have missed you my day time clients! 💛
