Where your acne is located on your face can give you a clue to your health?

If you have acne on your forehead, it could mean poor digestion, irregular sleep, stress, liver issues, a high intake of sugary foods, or dirty hair & hats!

If you have it on your left cheek, could be your liver, overeating, stress, stomach problems, dirty pillow case, or a dirty cell phone!

If you have it on your right cheek, it could be your lungs, allergies, stress, stomach problems, dirty pillow case, or a dirty cell phone!

On your nose could mean a poor diet, bloating, or indigestion

Your temples could mean poor circulation, a high fat diet, gall bladder issues, or too much processed food

On your chin & jaw, it could be hormonal issues, gynecological issues, a kidney imbalance, resting your hands on your face, or not washing off toothpaste!

Did you know that you need to calculate the time that you're covered?

Your coverage is your time x your dosage.

1. Figure out how long it takes for you to burn with no protection, normally it's 10 minutes.

2. Then see what SPF factor you have, normally for the skin it's 30

3. Calculate, 10 min x 30 = 300
You can be in the sun protected for 300 minutes, or 5 hours, then you have to re-apply.

With the sun coming out, this is great knowledge to have to protect yourself and your littles :) Recommend 30 SPF for your face, and 50 SPF for your body! Happy summer!

I swear this is the last place I'll post these lol the result of my photoshoot over the weekend! Bo***ir is my absolute favourite to do but I loved doing bridal and avant garde, too. Brent is the best photographer I could ever have hoped for and Caitlin was the literal best model.
