🍂 Fall means leaf nail art season!

I love adding little leaves and branches to fall sets. They're quick to paint, look beautiful with almost any colour, and can make even a simple manicure more interesting.

And fall nails don't always have to be brown and orange! 🍁

Which set is your favourite?

One last splash of colour before we fully embrace fall nails! 🌈💅

Pastels, bright yellows, playful dots, colourful florals, and a little neon orange. These are some of my favourite recent sets from clients who weren't quite ready to let go of summer colours.

And I love that! Just because the season is changing doesn't mean everyone has to switch to burgundy and brown. 🍂

Although I have to admit, I'm getting pretty excited about all the fall and Halloween designs coming up! 🎃

Cat eye nails are having a moment, and I completely understand why. ✨

The magnetic effect gives you that beautiful shift in the light that a regular shimmer just can’t quite replicate. Depending on the colour underneath, the exact same technique can feel soft and delicate, warm and autumnal, or bright and bold.

Neon in daylight, glow party after dark. 🌈✨

As if the bright colours and wavy French tips weren’t already doing enough, this set has a second personality once the lights go out. 😂

I love using glow-in-the-dark details because they don’t have to look like “glow nails” during the day. You can still create a full design with colour, shape and detail, and the glow is just the surprise.

Definitely not the set to choose if you’re trying to be subtle. 💅✨

Short nails can absolutely be dramatic. 💖✨

You don’t need extra length to have fun with colour, glitter or nail art, and this set is pretty solid evidence.

A bright pink-to-golden-yellow ombré, packed with sparkle, on a short and practical length. Because “short nails” and “subtle nails” are definitely not synonyms. 😌

Who says all the drama has to happen on long nails? 💅

An unexpected French tip combo that absolutely works. 🤎✨

Deep chocolate cat eye paired with a fine gold glitter French tip. It’s warm, shimmery and very fall, but a little more interesting than the usual seasonal colours.
Proof that French tips definitely don’t have to be white. 🍂

And that tiny gold edge when it catches the light? That’s the whole set. ✨

October is officially spooky nail season 👻🕸️

And no, Halloween nails don’t have to mean orange pumpkins on every finger. We can do tiny ghosts, spiderwebs, dark glitter, moody jewel tones, creepy details, or go completely over the top. October is basically the one month when “too much” nail art becomes socially responsible behaviour. 😂

Animal print for fall? Always. 🐆

As the colours get deeper and warmer, animal print fits right in. Olive green, gold, chocolate brown, bronze, black... but apparently neon yellow also wanted an invitation. 😂

And that’s what I love about animal print nails: you can make them feel completely different depending on the colour palette. Bold, neutral, sparkly, classic or a little chaotic.

Leopard, zebra, tiger... I’m not choosing a favourite. 🐆🐅✨
