I guess it's time for an update!
I am on the mend and slowly getting back to work. I'm starting with my back log of appts I had to reschedule right before surgery and into my recovery, First things first it's only been 4 weeks since I had my insides ripped out.. I have great days and I have days where I pay for it later that night due to doing too much. Worst case scenario if your appt is later in the day and my body says no we just won't blow-dry. But I think I should be ok. 🤞🤷.

I'm contacting my list first but if you'd like an appt later in Oct. Just shoot me a message!

Also ------- PRICE CHANGES!!!!

Due to the world going to hell in a hand basket ( or whatever they say 🤔🤷) The cost of everything I use has gone up. Therefore in order to stay afloat I must keep up with the times! Don't worry it's not a huge increase.

If you would like a price point before your appt just ask. I don't like posting prices because hair is not a one size fits all.

Hello Clients, Not sure everyone is up to date on my medical status but I'm going to be needing surgery. I'm so so very sorry to say I have to close for a time which as of now is still up in the air sadly. Yesterday I landed back in emergency and because of where my fibroids are ( oh yeah I have more then one we saw yesterday) now I'm home with a catheter in tow and I meet with my surgeon today . It could be another bit before surgery so I'll just be home crying for the next week. I'll get everyone rescheduled as soon as I can! If you have an appointment currently booked in the next few weeks you will be hearing from me soon. Thanks everyone for being patient and understanding during this crazy time I'm having. You know my anxiety is through the roof when I have to cancel like this. 🤕😭😭🥺💓

I understand that on Sept.15 most restrictions will be lifted including the wearing of masks, after discussing with my family and a few fellow stylists in my position I am implementing the following new rules:

Double vaccinated like myself you may choose to decide if you want to wear a mask, but I ask that you bring one for close up situations such as my face over yours at the shampoo bowl.

Not vaccinated - you will have to remain masked at ALL times in my salon.

It's not open for discussion/ argument as I completely understand we can all still catch the damn thing BUT as we did for the older population, I have a Daughter to protect and if you aren't up on how variants work and mutate well I'm sure there are lots of other stylists that have more patients then me, but mine have run out..
Nothing personal but I stand by my choice as you have yours.

Word on the street is Wednesday June 2. We are back! A few things to fill you in on before I begin taking appts. #1 My Schedule for the time being is going to change I'm A Mom First and My daughter requires extra help for at home learning so I'm not available for morning appts. In fact that's the other problem my street is in the middle of an entire redo , curbs, and repaving of course they are smack dab in the middle of it and There is no place to park on my street ( I have to park a street over) so depending on what stage they are at I might not even be accessible....
Lastly I'm battling some Nerve damage issues in my Jaw ( so painful )and some possible vertigo .... Yes I am aware of the mess that I am.... But I'm going to do my best to work around this mess be it evenings and weekends and see you all as soon as I can. I'll be contacting by order of appts and then by request!! Talk soon!

I need to take a minute to express my gratitude for my clients! Without you I'm not sure what I would do. Covid through us all off and with reopening I really appreciate the patience you showed as I navigated through the guidelines and tried to get everyone in as quickly as possible. ❤️

Then there was the passing of my Dog and know one batted an eye when I had to reschedule you because I needed time with my family for such a sad tragic day. 😭🙏

Today Marks only One week since my Daughter and I and some other friends near and dear to our hearts were in a car accident and once again not one client hesitated as I felt so terrible about having no choice but to juggle spots around and reschedule which I'm still doing as I haven't started back yet and am trying to sort through physio appts.

I feel extremely blessed to have you all as not only clients but friends during these last few months I'd soon rather forget. So Thank you with every sore bone in my body. Thank you for understanding and waiting. 💜💜💜

They say A Dog is a man's best friend.... But what if the Dog chose you, his Mama Bear. Don't get me wrong he loved his family with everything he had but he chose me, I was his person, he was my Real life teddy bear. He followed me to every single room, waited outside the bathroom door, became the friendly salon dog everyone loved. You came into our lives and we fell so in love with you. 5 years is such a short time on this earth. I had so many plans for you. For us. We had to say goodbye to you because cancer decided it was time. It feels unfair. We weren't ready. You will be remembered forever as the best dog you could ask for. So protective of us. A little too needy at times, so jealous, so so clumsy, but the sweetest kindest eyes. We love you so much Harley. We will never forget you. Run free my sweet sweet boy. Mama loves you. We all love you. Xoxo 😇💙💙😥

That day will be haircuts only. I'm going through my list of who has missed there sched. Appt. First. I'll get to you all as soon as I can but I need time to sort out a schedule. Talk soon!

As of yet I do not have a open date but I'm sure it will be in the next couple of weeks, when I know I will let you know. I will be calling those who had a prebooked appt first.

There will be guidelines as per our Associastion and are subject to change but we Must follow!

⛔Social distancing during any of my services is not possible therefore masks are a Must if you want your hair done myself included or I may wear a face sheild remember you are only wearing it for a short time and I will be in one all day. I have a limited amount so if you have one please wear it.

⛔ If you have any symtoms or show any signs of illness or feel sick you can not have a service and you will have to reschedule.

⛔ Please come with clean hair if you are getting a color service it also must be dry so I can stay on time.

⛔ Come on time as I will be leaving time in between each client to clean and sanitize services, equipment, chairs, sink, mirror, door k***s and bathroom for your safety.

⛔ I ask that you wash or sanitize your hands when you arrive supplies will be available for you.

⛔ Please wait in your car and I will call you in at your appointment time.

⛔ I will offer bottled water but know tea or coffee at this time.

⛔ Bring something to read or your phone as there will be no magazines at this time.

⛔ Lastly no hugs 😥 sorry to my huggers.

I know the new normal is weird and stressful but in order to keep you safe and my family safe this is what we must agree on for as long as it takes to get thru this. Looking forward to seeing you all soon! Stay safe
