I will continue to be at the Dartmouth Wellness Collective Mondays, Wednesdays & Every other Saturday

Tuesdays & Thursdays you can find me at Cole Harbour Physio & Rehab located in Cole Harbour. With a special focus on TMD/TMJD (the jaw), this clinic is bringing the Dartmouth/Cole Harbour community a much needed service and I am beyond excited to join their team!

Spent the afternoon networking with the soon-to-be graduated massage therapy students at the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy! Special thank you to the school for hosting this event & allowing us to come and represent the clinic!

I was even lucky enough to reconnect with some familiar faces from my grad year - was so lovely to see you all❤️

back to work tomorrow after spending the last week in Ottawa completing my craniosacral therapy level 1, exploring, and of course, trying all the local snacks!!
