Meet Ann!

From playing with hair for fun at a young age to making it a career, Ann followed her passion and graduated from HDC – Hair Design Centre! She also holds a Business Management diploma from Niagara College.

Ann loves creating haircuts and shapes that suit each client’s face and personality. Her favourite part? Seeing clients leave her chair feeling confident and happy with their hair!

Outside the salon, she’s a dog mom to three, runs her own jewelry business, loves creating, and is always planning her next adventure. Her dream? A cozy home and little farm in the countryside!

Meet Cassie!

After graduating this past May, Cassie joined our team with a passion for helping clients unwind, restore, and feel their absolute best. Rather than sticking to just one favorite type of treatment, she loves tailoring every treatment to give your mind and body exactly what they need to recharge.

Outside the spa, you can usually find her on the ice playing hockey, curled up with a good book, or hanging out with her puppy, Rufus!

Meet Sabrina!

Sabrina is a dedicated RMT and graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She has a passion for human anatomy, movement, and caring for others. She collaborates with patients to create a safe, enjoyable treatment and ongoing care plan that’s catered to their specific needs and lifestyle. A few areas of interest include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and managing stress by encouraging deep relaxation necessary for the body to heal.

Sabrina believes in the importance of calming the nervous system and treating the body as a whole by blending both specific therapeutic modalities as well as soothing Swedish massage techniques.

During her time away from the spa, she enjoys quiet activities such as yoga, painting, reading, and playing the piano!
