Over the last year I've had more and more no shows or very last minute cancellations..I've never needed to enforce a cancelation policy as I fully understand how busy life can be. However I am still a business and as you may or may not know, I do not make money if I do not work..if you feel you cannot make your appointment please let me know with a minimum of 24 hours notice so I can try to fill it.
Cancellations of less then 24 hour notice will incur a fee of 50% of your service and a missed or no show will be 75% of the service price. The fee is non-refundable and cannot be put toward any future services.
