Our infrared saunas offer a private space to unwind, de-stress & recharge. Infrared saunas use cellular light to warm you up from within; giving your circulatory, lymphatic & energy systems a boost. Infrared saunas also calm the central nervous system helping you feel extra relaxed.

We love to maximize the wellness by practicing simple stretches, poses and breathing techniques during our sauna session!

Now booking for today and the week ahead. 40 or 60 minutes in your own private room with access to your own personal shower. Oh and you can bring a guest to warm up with you for no extra charge!! 😉
