This is not only a great client of mine, but she is also a dear friend.
She was diagnosed in September of 2019, and underwent a double mastectomy with DIEP rebuild surgery in December of 2019. Left lymphoma surgery in March of 2020 followed by radiation on her left side, September of 2020.
She also had her implants removed.
Due to the nature of her scars, I recommended myofascial release massage from Alaine Sullivan ([email protected]) to smooth out some of the scar tissue and puckering.
We decided that the ar**la tattoos were not an option, but rather something pretty to draw the eyes away from the scar and help visually balance her breasts.
How do you like the results?

This gorgeous woman hadn't wore shorts for 9 years because she was so self conscious of her varicose veins.
Although I cannot diminish the texture, the eye can be drawn away from the problem area and it can be camouflaged ❤

Here is a before and after of a tattoo lightening technique.
She had one session of lazer removal before we began.
I normally use this technique with a cover up.
Please note, this cannot be done on all old tattoos.
