Please put on your non medical mask before entering my home. Please be sure your mask fits properly (covering both nose and mouth) and stays in place well. I prefer clients wear disposable, non medical mask to their appointments, or any mask that has a nose wire. The wire prevents the mask from slipping down, exposing the nose. Your hands will not be available to be constantly adjusting a mask. PAYMENT

CANCELATION POLICY

I value your time, and I hope you value mine, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify me in time will incur a cancelation fee of $25, to be paid prior to being rescheduled. LATECOMER POLICY

Please be sure to arrive on time. Any late arrivals, more than 10 minutes, will need rescheduling and will incur a cancelation fee. If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end at its original time and cost the same as your original appointment”

NO-SHOW POLICY

Please be advised that there is a no-show policy. Any no-shows will be charged a late cancelation fee of $25 before they are able to rebook. After 2 no-shows, clients will no longer be offered the opportunity to rebook. VISITOR/CHILDREN POLICY

No children or visitors in the salon. Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment to ensure the highest quality of work and time management. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and will incur a cancelation fee

REFUND POLICY

If you are unhappy with your service, I will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, I do not offer refunds. FILL POLICY

4 or more weeks between a fill will be the price of a full set. HEALTH POLICY

If you are sick you must reschedule your appointment. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. If you show up sick you will be turned away and changed a cancelation fee.
*I understand sickness can come on quickly, therefore late cancelation fees may be waived on a case by case basis*

I can not perform services if you have a potentially contagious condition on your hands or feet, such as signs of fungus or a wart. I can not perform services if open or infected wounds are present on the hands or feet. If you suspect a condition, please notify me prior to your service so I am able to assess the situation and decide if I am safely able to perform services.
