With restrictions being lifted, and so many people with uncertainty about not wearing masks so soon, we, as a team, have made the collective decision to keep wearing masks. We are in close proximity with clients and we all haven’t had our second doses yet. We are all Covid tired just as much as everyone else, but we would appreciate if you could be understanding of us, who see clients all day long. We appreciate your understanding 🤍

Navigating the new normal....

A note from Locks and Lashes

Hi everyone! We just wanted to reach out to all of you and keep you posted on what the future of Locks and Lashes is going to look like as we navigate our way around our ‘new normal’. We are taking every possible step to ensure our guests and staff feel extremely safe when they walk into the salon. We don’t have an official opening date as of yet, but we will call everyone on our call back lists and book you in as soon as we know! Here’s what to expect when arriving to your future appointments:

•face masks will be mandatory for our guests as well as staff. Please wear one upon entering. If you do not have one, we will provide you a disposable mask for a fee.
•please arrive to your appointment alone. Due to social distancing, we will need to keep occupancy at a minimum.
•you will be asked to wait in your car until we are ready to bring you in. There will no longer be a ‘waiting area’ inside the salon.
•magazines and beverages will no longer be provided, however, we do have WiFi.
•cashless payments (card or etransfer) will be our preferred method of payments.
•we will be unable to accept walk-ins, this includes product purchases, however, you can send us an email or phone us and we will arrange a time for pick up.

Things are going to look a little different for a while, but we are making every effort to make your visits safe and fun. We are so excited to see you all again and to get back to doing what we love. See you all soon 💕
