Social Conditioning Programs Us for Failure
Through social conditioning, many women have been programmed to feel guilty if the house is not spotless, meals on the table, lunches prepared, laundry clean and folded. During my years as a single mom, after a long day at work, making dinner, spending time with my family, making lunches and finally getting kids to bed, I would put laundry in the washer and set the alarm for an hour later so I could crawl out of bed to put that load in the dryer and another in the washer. To say I was in a constant state of fight or flight was and understatement.

What useless beliefs are you buying in to? Today, at Superstore, a women I knew stopped to talk to me. I asked how she was doing and she told me she had that 100 day cold and that is going around. She said she was extremely sick and couldn't shake it. By owning her illness, it will probably last the 100 days because that is what she believes.
Change your beliefs so that they serve you rather than sabotaging you

Do not say yes to treatment out of fear...
Our perceptions are fed to us culturally through our parents, schools, churches, governments and media. When you are given a cancer diagnosis you have time to research your options and make an informed decision.
