✨Booking & Appointment Policy✨

To secure all appointments, a $20 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit goes toward your total appointment cost and confirms your booking time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit.

Late Policy:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A $15 late fee may apply for arrivals more than 10 minutes late, and your appointment may need to be adjusted or shortened depending on the remaining time available.

No-Shows:
No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook future appointments.

Confirmation:
All clients will be asked to confirm their appointment the day prior to their scheduled time.

✨ Appointment Policy Update ✨

Due to a high number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations recently, a $20 deposit is now required to secure all lash appointment spots.

The deposit goes toward the total cost of your lash set, so you’ll only pay the remaining $25 at your appointment.
