I have been going to lazer, ems and red light therapy for from a home based registered nurse. The changes have been amazing and I decided to get training so I can offer it to other weight loss and or pregnancy issues. Welll long story short my I finally bit the bullet and bought my own Emsella pelvic floor chair and it’s finally here 🙂 🙂

It’s official I am off for the weekend :) and what better way to spend a Friday evening then with your sister getting ready to go see Saturday !! So stinking excited

Yesterday was the hardest day in my entire life. Even over loosing my dad. For the last thirteen years this little girl was my ride and die. She knew me better than anyone. From the first second I saw her she picked me and we have been inseparable ever since. She was truly the easiest dog ever she was so happy just to be were ever I was. And then Nori came along and the second her carrier came in the house it was pure love allll over again. We have been battling blindness and dementia hard this last six months with her trying to keep her comfortable. But last week when she didn’t recognize Nori I knew it was time. The injuries were getting worse and her being Lost in her own bed was heartbreaking. Goodbye my sweet Sadie the Lady. You broke me in a way I don’t think will ever heal from so I will always carry you with me no matter what. I love u to the moon and back.
