Hi there everyone
Ive had a few people reaching out lately asking if I had retired lol. I have to assume that its because of my lack of posting on Facebook and that my clients knew that I was turning 65 🎂
I did step back from social media only because I needed to give myself a break. Because I was not brought up in the social media era I found it taxing at times on my brain lol. Trying to be consistent (because that's what I tell my clients in regards to skincare, exercise and taking care of themselves). In that area Im consistent but social media is not my strong side so I struggled and backed off.
People who run their own business have many layers to work on, if it was just the job itself it would be easier but it becomes exhausting so to be kind to myself social media was the one I slacked off on
I am still open but my hours have shifted and I've allowed myself, without guilt to go out more and enjoy smelling the roses 🌹

The first picture I was 48ish. I was doing the basics that we learned at school. Cleanse, scrub, moisturize. Botox was being done in a couple of clinics but we weren't hearing a lot about it
Not long after I was taught how to do dermaplaning (almost 17 years ago, so its not a new thing) and little by little I started to see changes in my skin.
The second 65 (now). Yes there are wrinkles, some are deeper but the texture of the skin has changed
No botox, no fillers but Ive learned how important consistency was.
With regular treatments, home care, even double washing my skin at night my products pe*****te deeper, my skin is more hydrated.
I preach consistency because that is the key...
(And no there is no filter on either picture)

I love the results of microneedling but like he says it is to be included with other treatments and good home care
