We talk about products, treatments, the 20/80 rule, 20% what I do in the clinic, 80% what you do at home, and how important consistency is
The first picture I was 48ish. I was doing the basics that we learned at school. Cleanse, scrub, moisturize. Botox was being done in a couple of clinics but we weren't hearing a lot about it
Not long after I was taught how to do dermaplaning (almost 17 years ago, so its not a new thing) and little by little I started to see changes in my skin.
The second 65 (now). Yes there are wrinkles, some are deeper but the texture of the skin has changed
No botox, no fillers but Ive learned how important consistency was.
With regular treatments, home care, even double washing my skin at night my products pe*****te deeper, my skin is more hydrated.
I preach consistency because that is the key...

I love the results of microneedling but like he says it is to be included with other treatments and good home care

No live today...off to an appointment
So I decided to give these eye patches a test run lol
They are not a miracle in a pkg. They will not reverse time so being realistic I am
What they really do is
Hydrated the under eye area, reduce puffiness, brighten tired looking eyes and soften fine lines temporarily
What they don't do...
They don't permanently fix dark circles
They won't remove deep wrinkles or bags long term
And the results are only temporary
Look at it as a facial for the eyes...some TLC and perfect for those special occasions that you just need a little extra in that area
They do not replace your skin care regime but a nice little add on
