Altho I am a home based business I still book your appointments and keep time for them and my clients .. when you last minute cancel or no show I still likely have clients after you so it really is an inconvenience for me

I haven't been enforcing this policy but am from now on!

To make sure I can give everyone their spot on my books, I have a quick little policy to share:
Booking & Cancellations:
Heads Up! I kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your sugaring appointment. This gives me enough time to offer that spot to another client.

Running Late? I get it, things happen! Please let me know if you'll be more than 15 minutes late. After 15 minutes of no contact your appointment will be considered a no-show and may be cancelled to avoid impacting my next client's service.

For cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice, or if you miss your appointment entirely, a fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. This also applies if your appointment is cancelled due to lateness.
Booking is Easy! Just call or text me to secure your spot.

I hope everyone understands. This just allows me to get everyone in for their appointment and still have lots of time to make memories with my kiddos 🤗🩷
