Heather has been a Reflexologist, Energy Worker, and Spiritual Healer for over 20 years. Her passion for Cranio Sacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation began when one of her children faced a serious illness. Witnessing her daughter’s remarkable recovery inspired Heather to study these modalities herself—and the rest is history. Committed to lifelong learning, she continually upgrades her skills to keep her knowledge fresh and current. Most recently, she earned her Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation.

Supporting your nervous system can look a lot of different ways. Rest, dance, breathwork, massage, exercise, cranio, just to name a few.
