I’m excited to be attending an advanced training in Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS) Therapy to learn more about this non-invasive approach to pain management and nervous system regulation.

The course covers how gentle microcurrent stimulation may support people experiencing chronic pain, neck and back discomfort, and stress by focusing on the body’s nervous system.

I’m always looking for evidence-informed ways to expand my skills and better support my clients. I’ll be taking this training to see whether MPS Therapy is a good fit to add to the modalities I offer in my practice. If it proves to be a valuable addition, I’ll be excited to share more once I’ve completed the course!

What is a 60-minute Ayurvedic Head Massage?

This treatment includes massage of the chest, neck, and face, incorporating gentle lymphatic drainage techniques to help reduce tension and encourage circulation. Warm oils are then massaged into the scalp while working with the fascia to release restrictions, creating a deeply relaxing and restorative experience.

With my background in cranial techniques, I integrate these methods throughout the session to enhance the treatment, helping deepen the sense of relief, relaxation, and nervous system regulation. I use high quality Ayurvedic Products from
