Join Nathan Jeffery, ND, for this monthly neurodiversity talk/class. This series is specifically tailored for autistic adults, including those who are late-life diagnosed, self-identified, as well as AuDHD and ADHD individuals and families who resonate with a neurodiversity-affirming approach to health.

Each month, we will review Energy and Regulation Strategies while exploring clinical strategies at the intersection of natural medicine and neurodivergence. We will dive into specific movement strategies to ground the nervous system, including topics related to digestive support and dietary strategies.

By integrating sensory-friendly nutrition, gut-brain health, and nervous system balancing, Dr. Jeffery provides the naturopathic tools to help you transition from reactive survival to a regulated, empowered state that honors your authentic neurodivergent biology.

Lately the reality of how hard making friends is has been hitting me. We scroll past each other and somehow still feel like we don’t know anyone. That’s why I’ve decided to create a space that’s intentionally designed for making friends 💞

Speed Friending is a structured, low-pressure evening built for meeting new people and having real conversations. Think speed dating, but the goal is friendship. You rotate through a series of one-on-one chats and by the end of the night you’ve connected with a room full of people you didn’t know 2 hours ago.
